Product Manager — AI Products

About the Role

As Product Manager for AI Products at Aitium Inc, you'll own the roadmap for Agentium and Genomic Insights — our flagship platforms. You'll collaborate daily with engineering, design, and client success teams to define product vision, prioritize features, translate user research into actionable requirements, and drive successful launches that delight enterprise customers.

This fully remote role requires someone who can bridge technical complexity with clear strategic thinking — comfortable diving deep into AI capabilities while staying anchored to user outcomes and business results.

What You'll Do

• Own and maintain product roadmaps for Agentium and Genomic Insights, balancing client needs, technical constraints, and strategic goals
• Run discovery sessions with enterprise clients to uncover unmet needs and validate problem hypotheses
• Write clear, detailed product requirements that engineering teams can build from confidently
• Define metrics and OKRs for product features and track outcomes post-launch
• Prioritize ruthlessly — communicate tradeoffs transparently to stakeholders at all levels
• Partner with marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new features
• Synthesize competitive intelligence to inform product direction

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years on enterprise SaaS or platform products
• Demonstrated ability to ship products end-to-end — from discovery through launch and iteration
• Strong technical literacy — you don't need to code, but you must be able to have deep technical conversations with engineers
• Experience working with AI or ML features — understanding of what makes AI systems reliable, fair, and valuable
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you'll present to clients and executives regularly
• Comfort with ambiguity — we're building new things in a fast-moving space

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare tech, genomics, or life sciences
• Background working with autonomous agents, LLMs, or generative AI products
• Prior experience at an enterprise software company or consultancy
• Familiarity with data products and analytics platforms
