Access to QBO data is granted only through Intuit’s OAuth flow by a user with authority for that QuickBooks company. We request the minimum scopes needed for the stated purpose (typically QuickBooks Online accounting).
Tokens and retrieved accounting data are stored and processed on systems we control (or subprocessors we use to host/operate those systems), with access limited to personnel who need it for the engagement.
You may disconnect our app at any time from your QuickBooks Online connected apps settings. After disconnect, we stop pulling new QBO data. We retain copies only as needed for legal, audit, or contractual obligations, then delete or de-identify them according to our retention practices.
