How It Works

Three Simple Steps

Referring someone to Aitium Inc is simple — a few minutes of your time could earn you up to $2,500 while helping a talented person find a great role.

Submit Your Referral
Fill out the referral form with your contact details, your candidate's name and contact information, and the role you're referring them for. Include a brief note about why you think they'd be a great fit — this genuinely helps our recruiting team.

We Review & Interview
Our recruiting team reaches out to your referral within 5 business days. We run them through our standard interview process — you don't need to do anything more. We'll keep you updated on the status of your referral throughout the process.

You Earn Your Reward
When your referral is hired and completes 90 days of employment in good standing, your referral reward is paid out. Rewards are paid via check or bank transfer. There's no limit to how many people you can refer — every successful hire earns you another reward.

Simple, Fair Rules

We keep the terms straightforward so there are no surprises. Here's everything you need to know about how the program works.

Who Can Participate
Anyone can submit a referral — you don't need to be an Aitium Inc employee or client. Current Aitium Inc employees are also eligible to refer candidates for roles outside their own department. The only exception: you cannot refer yourself.
Payout Timing
Referral rewards are paid 30 days after your referred candidate completes 90 days of continuous employment in good standing. We notify you via email when the hire occurs, when the 90-day mark is reached, and when your payout is processed.
Eligible Roles
Referral rewards are paid for candidates hired into regular, full-time Aitium Inc positions. Referrals for contract, intern, or part-time positions are not eligible for the standard referral reward. See our Careers page for current openings.
New Candidates Only
Referral rewards apply to candidates who have not previously applied to or been in contact with Aitium Inc within the past 12 months. If a candidate is already in our recruiting pipeline when you submit a referral, the referral is not eligible for a reward.
Multiple Referrers
If multiple people refer the same candidate, the reward goes to the first referral submitted with a complete referral form. We encourage you to submit your referral promptly to ensure credit. The candidate can also indicate their referrer during the application process.
No Limit on Referrals
There is no cap on how many people you can refer or how many rewards you can earn. Refer 10 engineers and receive 10 referral rewards. We genuinely appreciate every introduction to talented people — quality referrals are one of our best sources of great hires.
